Voilà la solution (anglais et français) :
I never ask to participate to the test html5 and i didn't see youtube videos on safari.

Je n'ai jamais demandé à participer au test html5 mais l'option était activée. La page ci-dessus indique comme la désactiver et retrouver ses vidéos.
